Honor gifts are a special way to acknowledge the important people in your life. Honor gifts are often given on special occasions, such as a birthday, graduation, or anniversary. They are also appropriate gifts for holidays like Christmas, Hanukkah, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. Finally, Honor gifts are often given to show appreciation for someone’s kindness or to recognize their impact on your life.
A memorial gift is a meaningful way for you to celebrate the life of a dear one who has passed on and to express to their family or friends how much they meant to you.
There are many ways that you can remember and honor special people in your life. While most gifts come in the form of cash, we also invite you to consider other ways of giving including:
- Charitable gift annuity
- Life insurance
- Crop or equipment
- Irrevocable or revocable trust
- Real estate, stocks or bonds
- Charitable remainder trust
If you choose, we will work with you to select a "physical" memorial or honor gift. Trees, benches, gardens and a variety of other opportunities within Evergreen Community are possible.
All gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
