Chris Osborn, RN, MBA, LACHA - Chief Executive Officer
Chris is a registered nurse and licensed adult care home administrator. He joined Evergreen as a GERTI Instructor in 2006. He has worked in long-term care since 2000 in various roles; CNA, Charge Nurse, Quality Assurance Nurse, and Director of Nursing. Chris served as the Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen before accepting the CEO role in 2015. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pittsburg State University and Master of Business Administration from Baker University.
Gene Howe - Chief Financial Officer
Gene joined Evergreen Living Innovations in 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer. He is a certified public accountant and has held the position of director and CFO in other non-profit organizations. His alma mater is Kansas State University where he graduated with a major in Accounting.
Jamie Paredes - Administrator & Executive Director
Jamie joined the Evergreen Community team in 2010. She was the Assistant Administrator and Director of Quality of Life at Evergreen prior to her current role. Jamie also has experience as a Regional Consultant overseeing multiple senior living communities in the Midwest. She obtained her Masters in Social Work and was employed in the area of psychiatric services before pursuing her passion to serve seniors.
Lisa Orscheln - Director of Human Resources
Lisa Orscheln is the Director of Human Resources for Evergreen Living Innovations, Inc. She comes to Evergreen with over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Training & Development. Originally from Southern California, she has developed her skill set in range of industries that include education, health care, marketing and manufacturing. Lisa is fluent in Spanish and has used her bilingual abilities in all areas of her career.
Justine Ogdon - Director of Life Enhancement
Justine has worked in long-term care since 2004, when she began her work in this field as an activities assistant. Justine obtained a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas and Master’s of Social Work from University of Missouri – Kansas City. She began her journey at Evergreen Community in 2010 as a Life Coach for Country Lane, the memory care neighborhood. She transitioned to the role of Director of Quality of Life in 2012 and now serves as the Director of Life Enhancement.
Ramandeep Dulku - Director of Health
Ramandeep Dulku graduated with an associate degree of nursing from Brown Mackie College of Lenexa in 2011. She also holds a bachelor degree of education from Punjabi University and a bachelor degree of Science from Guru Nanak Dev University in India. She started working in long-term care as registered nurse where she provided care in different areas such as acute rehab, post-acute care, long-term care, dementia care, and assisted living. Since 2014, she has worked in short-term rehab. She started working at Evergreen Community of Johnson County in May 2018 as a PRN nurse. She loved the culture change and person-centered care philosophy at Evergreen and started working as a night shift house supervisor in November 2018. She has been the Director of Health since May 2019.
Rebecca Shafer - Registered Dietitian
Rebecca grew up in East Texas and moved to Kansas City in 2015. She attended Baylor University for Nutrition Sciences and completed a Master’s Degree and Dietetic Internship at Stephen F. Austin University. Rebecca enjoys walking her dog and playing piano. When it comes to nutrition Rebecca says, “I strongly believe in developing a relationship with each person in order work towards nutrition goals. When trust is established with the resident, I can use my time and knowledge to help them reach those goals and be comfortable with their nutrition."
Eddie Campbell - Director of Maintenance and Transportation
Eddie oversees Maintenance, Transportation and Laundry along with working on our Safety Committee.
