Jamie Varner
Assistant Administrator

Jamie
served as Evergreen’s Quality of Life Director prior to becoming Assistant
Administrator. She also has experience as a regional consultant for
the Deaconess Health System, with oversight of multiple facilities.

Dawn Downing
Life Transition Specialist

Dawn joined the Evergreen Community team in August 2011 as the Life
Transitions Specialist. Dawn will help coordinate the transition for
individual’s and their families as they move into our community. Dawn
received her Kansas Assisted Living Operator Certification in 2011. Dawn
is a graduate of the University of Kansas (B.S in Communication Studies)
and resides in Lawrence, KS.

Deb joined the Evergreen team in May of 2009 as the Director of Human
Resources and Business Office. She has a board base of experience in both
human resources and financial management. Deb worked in government for
over 15 years and has private sector experience as a business owner and
trainer for Oracle Corporation.
